Shipping & Delivery Information 

 For all our deliveries, we use a range of carriers to deliver your products to you and can offer the following options:

 UK Standard:       £10 (3-5 working days)

 Please call for a quotation for non mainland delivery.

Packaging:

Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.

Delivery Service

Most products are generally delivered by courier or smaller items by post. Larger items will be delivered by courier. The courier used depends on the items purchased.

If your product is to be delivered by courier, you may be able to upgrade the delivery service to AM  for a small extra charge. Please call sales on 02476 010076 to see if this option is available in your location.  

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). The estimated delivery varies depending on the product selected. You will find this information in the extended product information below the bullet points. This is only a guide/estimate. Please call if your order is urgent.

Standard courier deliveries will normally take 2 - 3 working days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods). 

Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

Express Delivery (next working day) is usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for.
