Aluminium Framed Polycolour notice board in a range of vibrant colours. Boards can be can banked together to form a large multi coloured display area. Supplied with wall fixing kit.

About Polycolour Board

The new polycolour notice boards are made from 100% PET plastic which depending on the colour, contain up to 90% post-consumer material. Polycolour FR noticeboards are fire resistant to Class B fire rated by the ASTM E84 test. Polycolour boards are acoustically absorbent panels (Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.8) with a felt like finish. Polycolour FR are also recyclable in the PET waste stream.

Handling and Storage

Polycolour FR sheets should be stored horizontally with support under full sheets and keep as clean as possible during storage. Both sides of the panel should be kept away from grease, wax, dust and chips that could leave an impression. Polycolour must be stored indoors in a dry cool, well ventilated area and avoid exposure to heat 65°C or greater. Do not store Polycolour FR near radiators, steam pipe or in direct sunlight

Before cutting the sheets. inspect the whole sheet for defects then recover for protection during fabrication. Wear clean gloves when handling the sheets.

Fire Rated Notice Boards

European Standards Class B (Highest Rating)
Class B fire resistant notice boards have been designed and tested to meet the latest European fire regulations EN13501-1:2007+A1:2009 Class B. These notice boards are suitable to be mounted in corridors, stairways, lobbies, escape routes and dead end corridors. Please note the European Class B replaces the British Standard Class O

British Standards Class 1
Class 1 fire resistant notice boards have been designed and tested to meet British Standard BS476 Part 7, Class 1. The boards have a fire resistant material covering/surface and are suitable for offices and classrooms where the risk of fire is minimal. If there is any risk of fire whatsoever then Class B is advised.
